THE OBJECTIVE

To conceptualise and design a stall for Mahindra World City, Jaipur that showcases
its best practices as a part of an intra-organisation competition at Spring Board Annual Conference 2015

To design and fabricate a showcase that is attractive, engaging and
covers all the 9 best practices comprehensively and convincingly without the stall looking too text heavy.

We conceptualised a stall design that perfectly reflected the spirit of the state – Rajasthan,
and engaged the visitors physically with the content of the communication.

The medium of communication was inspired from
the royal way of exchanging messages – traditional scrolls.

Each scroll was hung on the walls of the stall with a string to pull it open.
Each scroll comprehensively talked about one of the nine best practices of MWCJ. The scrolls engaged the visitors
who were tempted to roll them open and read.

WHAT THEY GOT

The stall not only ensured that the information was delivered to
the target audience comprehensively, but also shot up the average time spent by each visitor on the stall,
which was 63% higher than the time they spent on other stalls.

Mahindra World City Jaipur’s stall won the first position at the Spring Board Annual Conference 2015.
