MTLB began in 2012 as a team of two, restless with ideas, eager to explore possibilities and passionate to take marketing to the next level. Today, the team has grown to 18, and the passion to create effective marketing solutions has swelled manifold!
Sharing this passion with us is our prestigious line of over 78 clients, for whom we’ve always enjoyed going that extra mile; just to be sure our work is inline with their objectives.

Heads the LEFT BRAIN, with focus on vertical and horizontal expansion of the company i.e. growing the product base and exploring new markets. He brings to MTLB a wide-ranging experience in varied fields including quantitative research and analytics, software & technology consulting and sales & marketing.
Megha Mathur Goel
Catalysing ideas, strategising campaigns and maintaining quality of creative services, Megha heads the RIGHT BRAIN, working closely with account managers as well as the senior sales team to plan and execute performance-driven creative solutions for brands. She has over a decade’s experience in content, advertising and marketing in India as well as the UAE, with organisations like Contract Advertising and Cheil Worldwide.
Ashwini Kumar Das
Ashwini has over 8 years of experience in client relationship management across various industries. A postgraduate in business management, his specialistaion at MTLB is client servicing and relationship management, account strategizing, campaign execution, media planning as well as DAM consultancy. He is a Google Adwords Certified Professional with experience in performance based campaigns and mobile app installs campaigns. He is also the go-to person for any job status update of clients, always happy to help and soft-spoken.
Apart from the being the in-house "serious guy", he's the go-to guy for foreign tours and all things healthy. An Engineer by Education and Marketeer by choice, Aman approaches clients' concerns with a firm understanding of their domain market while providing realistic assessment of expectations vs achievements. Account health-check up and performance optimizations are part of his daily duties. An ex-Google Shopping Campaign Specialist (vendor), he comes with unique insights on the ever-evolving world of Google Search as well as Shopping. Last but not the least, he loves gaming, learns multi-tasking and loathes dawdling.
Akansha has an MBA in marketing & finance with two years of experience in client servicing. She has worked closely with the government sector on various projects including GRAM 2016 (one of the biggest government events in Rajasthan). She is an extrovert, loves interacting with new people, and likes to explore new restaurants and cuisines around the city. A singer by passion and a client relationship & project manager by profession, she is a keen listener, always eager to help clients in fulfilling their requirements and building long lasting relationships.
